ASDIWAL. Revue genevoise d’anthropologie et d’histoire des religions is an international, no-fee, pluri-lingual, academic journal, published both in print and online (green-access).
Founded in 2006, the journal has become an important voice in the study of religion. The journal seeks to foster a critical and comparative approach in the history and anthropology of religions. ASDIWAL welcomes studies that combine rigorous historical and ethnographic analyses with theoretical and/or methodological inquiries, without any limitations regarding areas and epochs.
Published on a yearly basis, the journal encourages submissions by both early career scholars and distinguished scholars. ASDIWAL welcomes submissions in French, German, English, and Italian.
Proposals may be submitted until March 31 each year in .doc or .docx formats to the following address : info@asdiwal.ch. The journal exceptionally accepts conference proceedings to be published as thematic issues.
All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process. The journal does not ask authors for publication costs. Publications are freely accessible online after one year via the Persée.fr website.
